No Returns

We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened products
• Unopened products
• Temperature-sensitive materials
• Any research-grade chemicals

Eligibility for Replacement or Store Credit

We may issue a replacement or credit if:

• Wrong item received
• Product arrived damaged
• Package lost in transit (verified with the carrier)

You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with supporting evidence including photos, order number, and a description.

Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms loss after investigation, we will reship or issue credit.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Temperature-Sensitive Research Materials

Products requiring cold storage must be promptly refrigerated upon delivery. Failure to do so voids replacement eligibility.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Account suspension
• Reporting to payment processors
• Legal action if abuse is detected
