A: Not at this time. BioGenix currently ships within the United States only. As we expand, we may add international options — but for now, all orders must be delivered to U.S. addresses.
A: Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order from your BioGenix account dashboard.
A: Contact us immediately with your order number. We will help investigate, file a claim with the carrier, and provide a solution — whether a replacement or refund — depending on the situation.
A: Yes — if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified.
A: Due to the nature of our products (research-grade chemicals), we cannot accept returns. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
